STEEL are digital marketing specialists with over 16 years experience of 'smart digital thinking'. Key clients include Greggs, TalkTalk, Debenhams, BBC & Perfect Pizza.
In essence, my role at STEEL was to manage successful client relationships by providing digital planning, in-depth analysis, strategic insights and facilitating effective digital campaigns. My sweet spot is social media innovation and strategy but my role also included buzz monitoring, online brand development, mobile, eCRM, SEO, PPC, eCommerce and website design & build.
My biggest client was Greggs the Bakers, for which I was the account lead. With my expertise in social media I also worked across a range of STEEL's client portfolio & new business opportunities with a focus on social media planning, strategy, analysis & insights.
My highlight at STEEL was my work on the Greggs Superstar Doughnuts campaign which was credited for the sale 1.4 million doughnuts in it's first 5 weeks & awarded a commendation in the Drum Awards 'Social Media Strategy of the Year'.

As Account Manager at STEEL I managed successful client relationships by facilitating effective digital campaigns. I worked across online brand development, mobile, eCRM, SEO, PPC and website design & build, with a strong focus on social media.
My two key clients were DERTOUR (travel) and Greggs (retail bakery).
Zone is a full service digital content agency. Zone has been helping brands connect with their audiences for over 10 years, producing print and digital content for leading brands including Coca Cola, Mothercare and BT Vision.
My role at Zone was a short-term freelance position providing support for the busy account management team of BT Vision, Zone's biggest client. Key responsibilities included client management, project planning and management of the creative team. I also provided ad hoc support for social media campaign execution for other Zone clients including Coca Cola.
The Chemistry Group are experts in using predictive assessment to deliver leading talent management & recruitment solutions to FTSE 250 clients including O2, Vodafone and C&W. Although historically a recruitment business, Chemistry now predominantly offer management consulting & business psychology services.
My role at Chemistry was to create relevant conversation opportunities, to drive awareness and maintain the Chemistry Group's brand.
I took core responsibility for all marketing activities at Chemistry with a heavy focus on social media and online PR. Other responsibilities included product launches, print PR, website management, CMS management, marketing analysis and events management. I was also involved in the design and production of Chemistry marketing collateral and from time to time I provided support to the consulting and recruitment teams on client projects.
During my gap year in Asia I taught English language at a secondary Thai government school, as part of the schools Accelerated English Program. I taught 6 M1 level classes (12-13 year olds), with an average of 50 students per class.
A target-driven sales role requiring the search and selection of candidates to appropriate employment. I specialised in mid to senior management recruitment within the healthcare sector.
A commission-based role involving face-to-face sales and customer service. The position was target driven and demanded a high level of customer care.
