Wildfire, a division of Google, is one of the world’s largest social media marketing software providers, combining social promotion and advertising software, robust mobile and desktop page management, messaging and sophisticated real-time analytics in one complete platform. The combination of Wildfire’s technology with Google’s advertising solutions offer a holistic way for brands to manage and optimise their marketing efforts and spend across all digital channels.
My current role encompasses strategic account management of Wildfire by Google’s EMEA enterprise subscription clients, predominantly within the travel sector. I cover from C-Level relationships down (as well as relevant agency relationships).
I act as both strategic partner & trusted advisor for FTSE 250 companies including: Disney, C&J Clarks, Lastminute.com, British Airways, & TUI (~$2M book of business).
My key responsibilities include uncovering & understanding business needs, providing tailored solutions for use of the Wildfire social media marketing platform whilst supporting wider Google products (i.e. DoubleClick, YouTube, GAP), influencing client marketing strategy to grow client marketing impact & business value, and guiding development of strategic integrated marketing plans
I am responsible for the overall retention & growth of Wildfire’s existing EMEA travel business and maintain a consistent subscription renewal rate of >70%.
